A Debt Review Clearance Certificate, officially recognized by The National Credit Regulator, certifies the successful completion of the debt review or debt counselling process as outlined in the National Credit Act (NCA). This document, also referred to as Form 19, signifies your fulfillment of the necessary requirements.

It is common practice for fuel price increases to be implemented on the first Wednesday of a new calendar month.  It is also common practice for the fuel price to be announced ahead of implementation.
